    Dear Sir, Kindly note that Kahramaa is electricity and water distribution corporation in Qatar and we would like to inform you that a Heenan ac variable frequency drive was installed to operate a main forwarding motor in one of our main forwarding water stations was found defective. A buring smell is noticed after running the motor continuesly for four hours. Therefore, we seek your assitance to advise us on how the subject drive can be repaired on urgent basis by your company. The subject drive was installed by Blackburn Starling company in 1993 within their cubicles.
